Q: How do I make an exchange? A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise at your expense within 30 days of receipt. Return a copy of your invoice along with the merchandise. Call 1-866-999-9VLO (9856) for details. For headquarters employees, just dial 7467. If you are returning an item for an Even Exchange, no dollar variance, your item will be exchanged for the new size or replacement item and sent back to your Valero location. If this item is not an even exchange i.e. upcharge for larger size or shipping charges for the new item, we will process your return and credit your account. You will then need to place another order for the new item (larger size, different item, etc.). Once we receive the new order on-line, we will then process your new order. San Antonio, TX Customers If you are located in San Antonio, TX return a copy of your invoice (included with your shipment) and the item(s), address the package to Valero Specialty Shop and bring the package to your mailroom.
