How to Shop
Shopping at the Valero Specialty Store is now easier. You can place personal and corporate orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among hundreds of products. Beneath each of the items in our collection, you'll see the button "add to cart".
When using the "add to cart" button, the item you've selected will be added to your shopping cart. If you need to choose a size, please select the appropriate size in the combo box before you add the item to your cart. When you've finished shopping please click on "view shopping cart", where you can review your totals, then select the "checkout" button.
You will see this icon: 
in the upper right hand corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on the cart at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
The Valero Specialty Store has two ways to make searching for products easier:
1. If you are looking for a specific product, Quick Search is located in the upper right hand corner of your screen where you may enter the product name. For example, type in "cap" and you will be directed to a page which will list all the caps available on the website.
2. and, for additional search options, click on the Can't find what you're looking for? click here feature on the left navigation bar. You will be directed to an advanced search page where you can select your request from the dropdown menus in any combination to get a specialized search results list. The search options are:
· by product type
· by market type
· by primary color
· by trim color
· by size
· by description
Inventory Availability
When placing your order online, you will see the actual available inventory on the item detail page. If the item has been backordered, the expected received date will appear so you can decide if the item will arrive in time.

Online Ordering and Payment Options
All orders through the Valero Specialty Shop must come from ordering online. At checkout time, you will be prompted to set up a profile. This profile contains your customer and billing information and will be used to automate the checkout process on your next visit. If you need to make changes to your profile, click on the Your Profile link in the top navigation bar. Make your changes and then press the Submit button.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, TOTAL, Valero, Valero Beacon or Diamond Shamrock credit cards. Using your credit card is secure. Your credit card information is entered on a secure page, and is not saved. For that reason, you will be asked for your credit card number each time you make a purchase.
International Orders
- Canadian/International orders must be prepaid in US Dollars.
- Payment Types: Credit card
- Recipient is responsible for any applicable duty and taxes.
Sales Tax
Your shopping cart will accurately reflect all required sales tax. Sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to TX. Exceptions to sales tax apply to items that will be re-sold. Your certificate allowing you to re-sell must be provided for exception.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and Handling
You may choose your shipping service from the drop down shipping options menu. Shipping by ground will be your least expensive alternative. All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, except those being shipped to the Valero locations listed below, unless otherwise specified. Even if shipping to a Valero location, you can expedite your shipping by selecting one of the other shipping options other than free shipping. Please see the shipping schedule for Valero locations.
Valero Location Shipping Schedule
The San Antonio Corporate locations' orders will be delivered daily. As long as the order is received by 10:00 am, you will receive your order the same day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise
at your expense within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Return a copy of your invoice
along with the merchandise. Call 1-866-999-9VL0 (9856) for details. For headquarters employees,
just dial 7467. If you are returning an item for an Even Exchange, no dollar vairance, your item will be exchanged
for the new size or replacement item and sent back to your Valero location. If this item is not an even
exchange i.e. upcharge for larger size or shipping charges for the new item, we will process your return
and credit your account. You will then need to place another order for the new item (larger size,
different item, etc.). Once we receive the new order on-line, we will then process your new order. If you
should have any questions, please call 1-866-999-9VLO (9856) for details. For headquarters employees,
just dial 7467. San Antonio, TX Customers
If you are located in San Antonio, TX return a copy of your invoice (included with your shipment)
and the item(s), address the package to Valero Specialty Shop and bring the package to your
mailroom. Please allow 10 days for the processing of any exchange. If you need an immediate
